Create a Proposal

We create a customized proposal for you – a complete solution no matter how small or large the project is.

Review and Finalize Proposal

We go over your design to make sure we have provided a complete solution. Changes to the system can be made at this point and a new final proposal produced.

Create Contract/Deposit Paid

At this point we have agreed upon a system design and pricing. We collect a 70% deposit on “retro” type jobs or 20% of project total for new construction. This starts our installation, scheduling and ordering process.

Contact from our Client Care Department

Our installation coordinator will contact all parties involved in the project (builders, contractors, subcontractors, electricians, cabinet makers, etc.)

Products Staged/Ordered for Project

In stock items are pulled and stored for you. Specialty products are ordered immediately for a retro job and before the equipment phase on new construction.

Job Scheduled

When products, wire, etc are ready, we schedule the project in necessary phases carefully coordinating with important timing issues.

Installations are typically completed in these phases:

  • Retro – an existing structure, these projects are usually installed continually until completed.
  • Pre-Wire – In new construction or remodels we run high-quality, in-wall rated cable to the necessary locations. Mount speaker brackets, wire panels, etc.
  • Trim Out – This phase takes place after painting. We install keypads, architectural speakers, wall plates and terminate panels.
  • Final InstallationInstruction/Education/Demonstration
    Personalized demonstration of the entire system(s). At this point we expect you to have a good understanding of system operation and will be available for future education and questions.
